No need to visit a store — finding your perfect QALO ring size is easy and only takes a few minutes with items you already have at home.

What You'll Need

• A strip of paper, a piece of string, or a thin strip of fabric
• A pen or marker
• A ruler with millimeter (MM) measurements

Step 1: Wrap

Wrap your strip of paper, string, or fabric around the base of the finger you plan to wear your ring on. This is important — sizing at the base gives you the most accurate fit.

Step 2: Mark

Make sure the material is snug but not tight — you want it close to your skin without digging in. Once you have the right tension, mark the spot where the end overlaps.

Step 3: Measure

Lay the string or paper flat against your ruler and measure the length from the end to your mark in millimeters (MM). Use this number to look up your size on the QALO ring size chart.
