QALO offers a lifetime warranty on all silicone rings and dog ID tags (excluding the QRNT smart ring).
If your ring or tag tears, stretches, or breaks at any time — even years after purchase — you can submit a warranty claim and we'll make it right.

How to submit a claim
1. Gather your info
You'll need your order number (from your confirmation email or QALO account), a clear close-up photo of the defect, and a brief description of what happened.
2. Submit your claim
Visit qalo.loopreturns.com and follow the warranty claim prompts. Include your photo and order number in the same message so we can move quickly.
3. We'll review and follow up
Expect a response within 2–3 business days. If your claim is approved, we'll send a replacement ring of equal or comparable value. In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective ring first.
Note: This is a one-time lifetime warranty per item.
