Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Visit the QALO Return Portal and follow the prompts to submit your request.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for ring size changes only. For a different color or style, please request store credit and place a new order.
Refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you did not purchase Return Protection at checkout, a $7 flat fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
What's not eligible?
- Customized items (engraved, patterned, or with dog tags)
- Items showing wear or damage
