How Long Does It Take to Process My QALO Order?Updated 3 days ago

Standard Orders

All in-stock items have a processing time of 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and select holidays. During this time, your order is transmitted to our warehouse, engraved if applicable, safely packed, and prepared for shipment.

Expedited Orders

Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship by the end of the next business day. 

Note: Expedited orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Customized Orders

Orders containing engraved or customized items (e.g., engraved rings, patterned bands) require an additional 4–7 business days for processing. This extended timeline applies to the entire order, even if it also contains non-customized items.
