How to Choose the Right QALO QRNT Ring SizeUpdated 3 days ago

Getting your size right is the most important step before your ring arrives. QRNT rings fit differently than standard jewelry rings — read this before ordering.

The right fit: snug, not tight

Your QRNT ring should feel snug but comfortable. When you make a fist, there should be no gaps between the ring and your finger. The ring needs consistent contact with your skin for the sensors to work accurately — a loose fit leads to noisy data.

Size up from your normal ring size

QRNT rings have raised internal sensors that take up space inside the band, which makes them fit tighter than a standard ring of the same size. Most customers need to size up at least one full size from their normal ring size, and sometimes two — especially if your knuckle is wider than your base finger.

Factors that affect your size:

  • Knuckle width — the ring needs to slide over it comfortably
  • Time of day — fingers are slightly larger in the afternoon and evening
  • Temperature — fingers swell slightly in heat and shrink in cold
  • Exercise — fingers can swell noticeably during and after workouts

Our recommendation: use the QRNT Sizing KitThe most reliable way to find your size is with the QRNT Sizing Kit, which includes plastic sizers in every QRNT size. Wear your top two candidate sizes for at least 24 hours each — including during sleep and a workout — before deciding.
