How to use the sizing kit:

1. Order the QALO Sizing Kit from qalo.com
2. Start with the size that's 1–2 sizes above your standard ring size
3. Wear your top candidate size for at least 24 hours, (we recommend up to a week), including during sleep and at least one workout
4. The correct size should feel snug when your hand is relaxed, slide over your knuckle with mild resistance, and never cause discomfort or leave a deep indentation when removed
5. If it slides off easily or spins freely, try the next size down

Why 24 hours?
