Follow these steps to get your ring charging:
- Connect the charging dock to the provided USB-A cable, then plug into a USB wall adapter with a minimum output of 5V 1A. A standard phone charger works. Avoid using a computer USB port — it may not supply enough power to charge the ring reliably.
- Insert the ring into the dock by aligning the two silver oval electrodes on the inner edge of the ring with the corresponding contacts on the dock. The ring connects magnetically — reposition it until you feel the magnets click into place.
- Confirm the connection — when properly seated and connected to power, the green light on the charging dock stays on steadily.
- Watch for charging indicators — the green light on the ring will flash slowly while charging. When fully charged, it stays on solid.
Tip: If the dock light doesn't turn on at all, try a different USB cable or wall adapter. The cable is USB-A — make sure your adapter has a USB-A port.
