What counts as a customized item?

Customized items include any ring or product with an engraving, pattern, or dog tag. These are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Processing time

Customized orders require an additional 4–7 business days for engraving and processing. This applies to the entire order — even if your cart includes non-customized items.

⚠️ Important 

When placing your order, make sure to select both the item and the correct customization option. If the customization is not selected, the item will ship without it and cannot be modified after the order is placed.

All customized items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
