QALO offers a One-Time, Anytime warranty on all silicone rings and dog ID tags (excluding the QRNT smart products).

If your ring or tag tears, stretches, or breaks  — even years after purchase — you can submit your one-time warranty claim and we'll make it right.

How to Submit a Claim: 

1. Gather your info

You'll need your order number (from your confirmation email or QALO account) and zip code from purchase.

2. Submit your claim

Visit qalo.loopreturns.com and follow the quick warranty claim prompts. (If you purchased from a retail location or amazon, please email [email protected] instead). 

3. Follow the last page prompt

If your claim is approved, we'll send a replacement ring of equal or comparable value right away! 

Note: This is a one-time lifetime warranty per item.
