Download the free QALO app on iOS or Android to complete setup. The app is free and requires no subscription — ever.

Before you put it on

QRNT rings fit snugger than standard ring sizes due to the raised internal sensors. When in doubt, size up. See our Ring Sizing Guide for help finding your fit.

A note on the charging cable

The included cable is USB-A. If your wall adapter only has USB-C ports, you'll need a USB-A adapter (not included).
