My QRNT Ring Won't Pair to My PhoneUpdated 2 days ago

The QRNT ring connects to your phone via Bluetooth through the QALO app. If it's not pairing, work through the following steps in order:

1. Charge the ring first 

Place the ring in its charging dock and connect the dock to a power source using the provided USB-A cable. Wait until you see a quick flash followed by a slow, steady green blink — this confirms the ring has enough charge to pair.

2. Check Bluetooth on your phone

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and that the QALO app has been granted Bluetooth permissions. On iOS, go to Settings → QALO → enable Bluetooth. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → QALO → Permissions → enable Nearby Devices.

3. Make sure your phone OS is up to date

Outdated operating systems are a common cause of pairing failures. Check for any pending updates on your device before trying again.

4. Only one device can be paired at a time

If you're switching phones, unpair the ring from your previous device first via your phone's Bluetooth settings before attempting to connect to the new one.

5. Reinstall the QALO app

If the ring still won't appear, delete and reinstall the QALO app. This clears any corrupted pairing data.

Note: The provided charging cable is USB-A. If your power adapter only has USB-C ports, you'll need a USB-A adapter (not included).
